Местоположението е супер, близо до Южен плаж и до двете главни улици. Удобно заключване на вратите - две карти за отключване са подсигурени от къщата за гости. Удобен обособен двор, за да си оставите количка/триколка. Терасата побира маса, два стола и сушилка за дрехи и все пак има място да се минава.
Цената е малко по-висока отколкото е нужно. Не се предлагат някакви особени удобства за парите. Чистотата може да се подобри (основно на пода). Паркинга се заплаща отделно (макар, че паркоместата са на къщата за гости, не влизат в посочената цена - плащат се 7лв. на ден). Базата е малко стара (мебелите/леглата/касите на вратите). Подновена е на банята и на терасата.

The location of the guest house was great - 5 minutes from the South beach and 2 minutes from the main walking street. It was clean. The bed sheets and towels were changed on the 3rd day, the trash was thrown away each day.
