Very good location! Close to the beach.
Restaurants and breakfast places are on front of the property.
Hotel "Hit" has a food store on front and a swimming pool behind the building.
It is a beautiful place to be on vacation in the beautiful city Kiten on Black See, Bulgaria!

May be, if it is possible, it could be better to have an elevator (may be build out, attached to the building) for comfortable getting to the high floors. :-)
