A good location and have terrace

The owner of apartment took from us money for tourist tax, but I told her we don't need it because we live in Montenegro for a long time and have registration. We also didn't like the mold on the shower stall, and the squeaky chairs

Very pleasant stay. The accommodation was impeccable clean. The rooms are very comfortable with nice, functional balcony. It is some kind of apart hotel, because the lady from maintenance remove garbage every day and also change your towels every 2 days... Very convenient location to explore city center and all the beaches in surrounding by foot. Recommend!

Perfect location and friendly host

Lucice beach is within 10 minute walk (main reason Petrovac was chosen as a place to stay), pedestrian area and city beach within 5 minute walk. Apartment spacious and tidy. Ana is a wonderful host!

Bed mattress was not in very good condition. Ground floor balcony didn't offer too much privacy.

great location - just 300m to the free corner of the Patrovac beach and closest to the Lucice beach, 24h shop just behind the corner - everything you can buy there.

Трансфер з аеропорту замовляли через господарів - зустріли та доставили ідеально. Відповідальна за комфорт та чистоту Анна зустріла нас на порозі. Дуже привітна та доброзичлива. Супер вдале розташування апартаментів, поряд є 2 чисті пляжи. Прибирали кожні 2 дні та міняли рушники. Усі прохання, з якими ми зверталися, були виконані та враховані. Неймовірне ставлення було до нас як до відвідувачів. Відпочинок безумовно вдалий і враження від господарів, апартаментів та Петровацу в цілому найкращі❤️ Хотіли б повернутися ще! Anna one love🫶🏻

Vila Maris, eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Top Lage! Zum Lućici Strand war es nur ein 10-minütiger Spaziergang. Sehr schöne, grosse Terasse. Ana, die Gastgeberin, war während unseres Aufenthaltes immer sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns auch gute Tips.

Prijatan, čist apartman, uredjen praktičnim detaljima koji odišu toplinom. Lokacija je odlična.

Lokacija je odlična, Imali smo mir i opusten boravak u apartmanu.

Sve je bilo u redu, osim nekih malih detalja, koje ne remete odmor. Kanta u toaletu, odnosno poklopac je skroz zardjao i nije bila korisna. U odnosu na sve ostalo, to mi je bilo neobicno, jer je sve bilo uredno i čisto.

Tetszett az elhelyezkedése, strand, bolt a közelben. Tiszta volt, minden fontos dologgal elllátva. Minden 2. nap takarítottak és kaptunk tiszta törölkózőket. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

A konyhában lehetett volna több edény, hiányoltunk egy kis mélyhűtőt. A 3 személyes szobában csak 2 szék volt.

Rent och det hade det man behöver. Värden Ana var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Ett stort pluss är gratis parkering vid bostaden.

Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do restauracji oraz plaży , ale spokojnie oraz sklepik w okolicy. Apartament bardzo czysty, mieliśmy wszystko co potrzeba na tygodniowy pobyt z dzieckiem. Parking na plus bo to nie jest standard w okolicy.
