Price was good but bad communication with owners.

I liked location, large apartment with nice living room.

We had a problem with the bathroom (proper leaking from the shower) nobody fixed it even checked during 5 days.

Good value for the price

The apartments are really big (two separate bedrooms for 2 people each and a double bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a separate toilet). The balcony is also big and there are many chairs and sunbeds. The hosts are really nice and talkative. Many apartments have a view of the whole town of Petrovac and a sea view. The pool is fine, it's open from 8:00-12:00 and then from 16:00-20:00. There are also many sunbeds and chairs, so it's nice to hang out. The WIFI works fine in the whole building, and there's even a separate WIFI in the pool area.

Small disadvantages: The apartments are hard to find with the directions provided (Google Maps doesn't help either). The road to the apartment is quite steep and narrow (many times it was hard to navigate between the cars parked on the street). The apartment have a private parking (which is not so usual in Montenegro!), but it's quite small and hard to drive through when other cars are parked (usually in the evenings). Driving and parking a big car (8+ person) is not easy here. The owner (a woman) doesn't speak English, uses a Google Translate to communicate (can lead to misunderstanding), but the other owner (a man) speaks English. The walk to the beach is not short, but there is a shortcut by stairs (164 stairs and then 46 stairs to the room from parking). And the beach in Petrovac is nothing special, very busy in August and hard to find a place to sit down. Many parts of the beach are packed with paid sunbeds. It's better to stay at the pool or go to other beaches by car. Overall the stay at Oro Apartments was good :)

Perfect place for a week vacation in Petrovac.

The view from the apartment is magnificent. However it is on the 4 floor, you need 73 steps. The apartament is located in higher area of Petrovac, but it is not far from the beach, due to the steps/shortcats (they are not shown on google maps). Beds are comfortable and AC works perfectly.

It was difficult to park the car everywhere. The city streets are very narrow and hilly and there is general parking problem (high season hundreds of tourists)

Nice apartment, lovely pool, needs some basic kitchen equipment

Very poor kitchen appliances and equipment. No microwave, no toaster, only just enough of everything, no food preparation equipment.

Podsumowując jak nie zwracało się uwagę na szczegóły i nie dociągnięcia to udany pobyt :-)

Obiekt z pięknym widokiem na morze i góry, spory salon, duża rodzina spokojnie się pomieści nie wchodząc sobie na głowę, parking zaraz przy apartamencie. Blisko do centrum, do sklepu i piekarni. Dobra baza wypadowa aby zwiedzić Czarnogórę. Obsługa chętna do pomocy.

Niestety na minus to łazienka, koszmar brak drzwi od kabiny prysznicu, lejąca się woda z kranu, pomimo zgłaszania nikt nie przyszedł naprawić. Zapach w łazience, wilgoć na ścianie. Basen nie czynny przez 5 dni naszego pobytu. Zepsuta zmywarka, mało sztućców i talerzy. Obiekt musiał być ładny jakieś 10 lat temu. Nadszarpnięty przez ząb czasu, nie remontowany na bieżąco.

Katasztrofális volt. Parkolni nehézkes volt . Nagyon magasan van , lejutni a strandra boltba megerőltető. Több apartmant foglalatam Össze keverték a szobákat , egyik apartmanba beköltöztünk majd 1 nap múlva ki, és másik épületbe kellett átmenni. A takarítok egyik késő este bejöttek mert Össze keverték a szobákat , halálra rémítve idősebb nagynénit. Nagyon meredek lépcsőn 5 emelet ! Lepukkant konyhai berendezés . Sajnálom hogy itt foglalatunk.

Jag tycker om orten men inte lägenheten. Enda plus att det fanns en pool.

Katastrof! Sämsta boende vi hade i Montenegro och förstörde nästa min semester. Allt var slitet och dåligt gjort i lägenheten. De har byggt in balkongen mot havet som del av vardagsrummet och ställt Stor säng där, så glöm en missig kväll på balkongen med glass vin med utsikt över havet. Vinglas fanns inte heller. En balkong på sidan kunde man se havet om man titta åt sidan. Det fanns 1 stol och 1 bord på balkongen. Inga basvaror som salt eller torkpapper i köket. Sletna redskap. Knappt toalett papper. Inga toalett artiklar. Super hårda Sängar. 4 våningar upp med spiraltrappa, ingen hiss. Alltid kaos på parkeringen, ägarna har tvingat oss att byta plats 3 ggr på 5 dagar, de har ingen koll. AC längst ner i vardagsrummet så det var jättevarmt i sovrummen, luften orkade inte ditt. Inga gardiner eller mörkläggning i fönstrar vilken gjorde att man vaknade 5 på morgonen med gasande sol in. Papperstunna väggar till grannar, man hör vad de tittar på tv. Skåpluckor som hänger. Mögel på väggarna. Boka inte den!
