Want a budget shelter? It serves its purpose.

Good location close to Bormio. A bit worn out, but if you want to stay overnight on your motorbike tour, it’s a good choice.

Overall, it's a place with great potential thanks to the host’s hospitality, but a few improvements

Very warm and friendly host – genuinely welcoming and helpful, which made the stay feel personal and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the great selection of snacks and drinks available, and especially grateful that during heavy rain, I was allowed to park my motorcycle inside the house. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. I also appreciated the opportunity to meet interesting people and have meaningful conversations over a cup of tea – it added a special touch to the experience.

On the downside, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and I was quite disappointed that guests were allowed to smoke in the kitchen by the window. That was unpleasant, especially for non-smokers.

Great host but seriously run down property.

The host was a seriously nice guy, and would whatever he could to ensure you had what you need.

The place was not clean. Everything had the feel of a really cheap bedsit. If you remember the TV show 'Rising Damp' you won't be far wrong. I slept fully clothed as I didn't know what other critters I might be sharing the bed with.

Good hostel style guesthouse

Super hospitable host, even while arriving late in the evening. It really is a hostel style accommodation, exactly what I was looking for. Shower was comfy and even got a big towel to use. Really good value for money.

no restaurant close by, if you bicycle get something on the way or shop for the kitchen...and do not expect too much, it is good and basic, but if you dont mind staying with others a good deal

Prix imbatable, Accueil super !

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix sur la route des jeux olympiques (60 €/nuit/personne). L’accueil de Gervasio est très amical. Les lits sont confortables. Maison bien chauffée.

L’ensemble de la maison mériterait une grosse rénovation (cuisine et salle de bain surtout). Mais pour le prix, c’est correct.

Ragazzo simpatico e disponibile a risolvere gli inconvenienti dovuti alla manifestazione sportiva nella zona (Olimpiadi invernali 2026). C'è parcheggio e la fermata del bus sotto l'abitazione.

The host is very friendly and was incredibly helpful in resolving a few inconveniences caused by the local sporting events (2026 Winter Olympics). The location is great, with parking available and a bus stop right outside the building. Highly recommended.

Posto molto bello e molto comodo. Appartamento/dormitorio bellissimo, molto organizzato, e molto pulito. Il proprietario è estremamente disponibile. Very nice and very comfortable. The apartment/dormitory was very nice, very organized and very clean. The owner is extremely available.

Leggermente fuori zona turistica (non importava a me, però potrebbe essere importate per altri). Oltre a quello, non so quanto sia facile raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici. Copiando ed incollando l'indirizzo da Booking a Google Maps, ti direziona verso lo stesso indirizzo nel Valdidentro quando in realtà la proprietà si trova a 200 m di distanza allo stesso indirizzo ma a Seghetto (qua su booking c'è scritto Valdidentro e non Seghetto, perciò non facendo attenzione sono andato al punto sbagliato).

Ottima soluzione per viaggiatori itineranti

Gestore molto simpatico e disponibile. Ottima pulizia. Posizione strategica e piacevole Tranquillità per riposarsi, ovviamente nel contesto di un dormitorio. Prese elettriche funzionanti e comode, mensolette di appoggio per la notte.

Qualche arredo dovrebbe essere sostituito o ammodernato.
