Tolle Lage, Innenstadt zu Fuß in 20minuten erreichbar, auf dem Weg liegen tolle Bars, weinfenster, lädchen zum shoppen und Essen. Vorhandene Terrasse, super Badezimmer und vor allem sehr hilfreich in florenz, der Tiefgaragenparkplatz.
Der Wohnung fehlt es ein bisschen an Liebe und dem gewissen etwas...um sie auf ein höheres Level zu heben. Der Preis ist schon heftig.

Groot terras met mooi vergezicht. Frisse en lichte inrichting. Erg schoon. In winkelstraat maar toch rustig. Veel keukenapparatuur. Bus ongeveer 5 a 10 minuten lopen. Onderin gebouw parkeergarage. Beheerder is behulpzaam en reageert snel.
De douche was een drama, 3 piepkleine straaltjes. 1 stopcontact in de keuken voor alle elektrische apparaten.
