Great value for money, nice pool, big apartment. A little outside the city but can get grab taxi within a few minutes

Loved everything. from our host (Mam) who was very informative, detailled, and quick responsive when need help.
The appartment was cute and really good for a familly of 2 adults+ 2 children, which it's not easy to get in Chiang mai.
The location, like most location in Chiang mai will need transport, but with a little walk you can reached the city.
The swimming pool is nice and clean
A 7eleven is in the neighbourhood.
If you need a quiet place, to move in and around Chiang mai, we recommend Tree boutique resort

When we arrived after nearly 24 hours of travelling, the reception had no record of my booking despite me having a reference number. The host rents a unit in the building, it is not a hotel. The receptionist had to call the host for us to find out the booking details. I would highly recommend confirming check in details with the host a few days before arrival for a smoother start.
