Great location with friendly staff.
We booked and had confirmation from Bambu Cottages that we had rooms 11 & 1.
On arrival we were informed other people were in these rooms and we were given rooms 2 & 3.
I asked to speak to the Manager & was advised he wasn’t there (Friday) and wouldn’t be back until Sunday. I asked that the Manager contact us regarding the rooms, this didn’t happen.
This was very disappointing that we weren’t given the rooms we were promised.
We will certainly reconsider staying here in future if Bambu Cottages cannot guarantee which rooms we will be occupying.
