We absolutely loved our stay at Arhontiko. Location is perfect in the little town of Psarades. Easy parking right outside the property. The place also runs a delicious restaurant, which we also heartedly recommend!
You can walk over to the lake and have a swim!
The rooms had big balconies overlooking the town and lake. Air con works very well and bedding was just fine.
We definitely recommend this place.
Just be aware that it is difficult to have breakfast before 10AM as the families who run the hotels and restaurants around Psarades go out fishing in the mornings.

A simple B&B, the breakfasts were very good, the room a little spartan (and cold). The bathroom was a little basic but at 40€ a night it was reasonable value.
The associated taverna was also very good value.
The shower, whilst hot, was a little basic
