The outside of the property is really what I was sold on from the beginning. I was born and raised in a little town near the property called Kinsale, VA. My family and I love the water. In addition to that, the view is outstanding!
I also was sold by the idea there was a fireplace, a jacuzzi, and lots of space. I was disappointed that the fireplace was not in working condition, nor was the jacuzzi. I think it should be a requirement that the items that are inoperable be listed as such.
It would also, help to have a Washer and dryer in the house.
