Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private four-bedroom home features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 55” Smart TV.
Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The master bedroom and second bedroom are located on the second level of the home, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the third.
Enjoy the fully equipped games room with a ping pong table/air hockey table, big connect four game, foosball, bowling set, dart board, and a 55" Smart TV!

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, cozy gas fireplace, laundry area, and free high-speed WiFi. Guests have access to the private dock and are welcome to use it for their own boat! The boat on property is not for guest use.
Neighbors: The property next door is completely private property and not to be used. Trespassing on their beach and dock is strictly prohibited.

Great hosts, great house, great view! Secluded and very private. Amazing dock with plenty of room for all of us out there. And the dock is out way out there, which was fantastic. We will absolutely return to this property for a number of future getaways.

Great place to stay. Screened in back deck and dock is where we stayed most of the time. Very clean and house very spacious. Would definetly return.

Our stay in dunnsville was fantastic! The house was beautifully appointed, with all the amenities that we needed. I loved the kitchen and we were able to have family breakfasts every morning. Check in was a breeze, and our host responded to our every need.
