Very nice staffs, cooperative especially that beautiful lady and the guy working in the restaurant
- luggages trolley wasn’t available when we arrived.
- better to add sleepers in the rooms.
- my room was in non smoking area but I still smells cigarettes inside the room

Everything was great in Walter. The receptionist girl is really polite and helpfull. The rooms and baths are clean and has enough area.

Very nice staff and even with the language challenges, they were helpful.
Nice place to stay, approx 2+ km from the airport, location is close to city center, with good travel options.

The rooms were warm, which was very good because the temperature outside was low.
The bed sheets were clean and the cleaning ladies were very nice and kind.
The price was very acceptable.
The sauna and Turkish bath were not in operation, nor was it indicated anywhere that they were not working at the moment.
The offer on booking that it exists was the main reason for choosing this hotel, even though it is not in a very good location (far from the center of Sarajevo - car needed).
