Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them - I needed to print bus tickets, they happily did so, I asked for a taxi on the afternoon of my final day as there was a storm - not an issue. Towels changed every day and fresh toiletries left in room.
A good selection for continental breakfast and if you were down between 9 and 10am it was ordered fresh.
A fine reflection on the welcome you will receive in Sarajevo and I would happily stay again, thank you Hotel Walter!
Very little I can fault them for - perhaps lack of tea/coffee facilities in room?

Very nice staffs, cooperative especially that beautiful lady and the guy working in the restaurant
- luggages trolley wasn’t available when we arrived.
- better to add sleepers in the rooms.
- my room was in non smoking area but I still smells cigarettes inside the room

Everything was great in Walter. The receptionist girl is really polite and helpfull. The rooms and baths are clean and has enough area.

Clean, quiet and near to airport. Have parking
AC wasn’t working and room was too hot. After complaining still didn’t fix it.
