Foul odor coming from bathroom and cleanliness of house not 100% due to sand everywhere

One of the bunkers is in an alcove behind wardrobes in the corridor which isn’t ideal for young children

It was an ideal location and you couldn't get any closer to the beach. Accommodation is basic but had everything you need (apart from an oven but good excuse to eat out lol). I would consider coming back here but would definitely advise to consider parking on street or by beach and not pay to use the underground car park.

Our car was damaged in the accommodations private underground car park. No cameras in there, which was disappointing. I did try and contact the accommodation company by email to ask for their help and advice and no one replied. We had to make a special visit to the offices and were given limited help and support. When only spending 3 nights here, we spent half a day sorting out police report etc

We stayed in this apartment in Bray-Dunes for two nights after a trip with friends to the Tour de France, hoping to relax a bit in a beachfront location. The apartment is very well located, directly by the sea, and the view from the balcony is truly beautiful. That said, the rest of the experience was, unfortunately, a major letdown – especially considering the very high price of €547.86 for two people for just two nights.

The apartment is advertised as being suitable for up to six people, but it felt very cramped even for just the two of us. The layout is narrow, and the main bedroom is extremely tight, offering no wardrobe – just a few shelves above the bed and two open clothing racks beside it. There is a wall closet in the hallway, but its door was broken and unusable, and it also housed the vacuum cleaner. The bathroom was tiny, with almost no space to hang towels. The remaining sleeping arrangements consisted of two bunk beds: one squeezed into a tiny storage room and the other oddly placed in the narrow, dark hallway – right by the front door. The kitchen was adequately equipped, but many items were worn out and of low quality. The overall state of the apartment felt neglected. The white walls were marked with black smudges, likely from people brushing past due to the tight space – something easily cleaned with a magic eraser, but clearly not maintained. The TV remote was broken and held together with tape. While the apartement was mostly clean, we noticed dust hanging from the ceiling, a dusty and ineffective bathroom ventilation system, and when accessing the shelves above the bed, dust literally fell down on us. The biggest disappointment was the balcony. While advertised as a highlight, it was only 75 cm deep – so narrow that we could only sit on it by removing the table, and even then it was uncomfortable. As average-sized adults, we found this quite surprising. All in all, the apartment did not live up to the photos or the description, and certainly not to the price. For half the cost, it would have been acceptable – but at this rate, we felt quite ripped off. Even with six people (which we can hardly imagine given the tight space), the value for money just isn't there. Despite the great location, we wouldn't recommend this apartement to anyone at this price.

Pleasantly located right az the seafront, great view from balcony. Kitchen well equipped ( even had a small dishwascher kit with tabs and liguid), pleasant living room with sofa and TV. Bed comfy. Very helpful staff, who answered questions fast via chat ( there is no reception on site).

Construction failure of toillet: how can anyone think that a ca 70 cm x 70 cm room is enough? My head and knees touched the door when sitting- no joke. My husband practically did not fit in the room. This was really an issue for us. Double bed was not wide enough for us , but that may be not s problem for others. ( it was maybe 130cm wide?) Found the price a bit too high, especially for end of March.

The view, the location, the comfort

The view was lovely and the apartment was right on the beach.

The easy collection of keys. The nice token upon arrival compensating the bad state of the sofa. The made beds and clean towels. The view of the ocean.

Nothing comes to mind besides the wifi code was missing.
