It was an amazing spot to stay! It was close to different towns so you could check out different beaches. Loved how the beach was so close. We snorkeled and saw several squids and lot of fishes! It was private so not many people were out there. The view from the house was stunning. Great stay! The owner was super nice and helpful

Nice views from the muppets balcony but cannot really utilise it as it is too narrow and no furniture there. Location is good - close to Cagliari and to many nice beaches. Quick reaction from Sergio but English could be better.
Very basic. Shower leaks and should be fixed. Water was switched off on arrival. Not told about hot water switch which is a light switch so on day two no hot water. No kettle for boiling water.
