We had lovely views over the valley and the apartment was extremely well equipped- even down to a wonderful coffee machine! The water was always hot and there was a lovely balcony outside facing the valley. It would be superb in the summer. The hosts were delightful and incredibly informative and willing to help. They live in the house under the apartment (which would not be suitable fr people with disabilities as there are 2 flights of stairs) You would need a car to come here- or in the summer you would need to like walking as it's almost 1.5k from Hauser Keibling up a fairly remote road and 2k from the nearest supermarket. Payment was direct to the hosts who accept bank transfers or cash but not debit or credit cards.
Not much to say... I dont think transport links are that easy so you need wheels.
