Cosy quirky cottage

A lovely quirky cottage near the beach, did the job perfectly! Facilities are good, nice little enclosed garden, bedrooms are a decent size, hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely come back!

Exceptional

We went as a family of 7. This was a beautiful little cottage and had a nice amount of room for us as a family, (3 generations). We met the owners who made us feel welcome and dealt with any concerns if we had any. The location was so picturesque, the history was interesting. Even down to fisher cottage keeping the feel if the 200 years of being there but also a clean modern take too. The children absolutely loved the evening walks on the beach collecting sea glass and different stones. All in all was brilliant and we will be back again. Thanks again guys.

Nothing, one very small toilet for 4 adults, one tiny fridge, sofa,s lumpy, beds so bad we had to leave early, pet friendly but told to remove cat, where to??

Lovely modern property in a great ;ocation. Very well maintained and extremely clean and tidy propery with all the facilities required for our stay. Very helpful host, keys were easy to collect.

Scotland 2021 trip

The cottage was very comfortable, clean and modern but very stylish. Easy parking and very close to the beach for dog walks. A lovely walled garden to sit out in. The cottage had all the amenities you need, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble, tv’s in all rooms and even a hairdryer! We had a great few days here and would recommend it

Exceptional

The cottage was a ideal size for our party of 3 kids and three adults and everything was as had been stated on the web. The beach was just round the corner of the street about 50 yards away which was ideal for my grandson's. Ideal as a base for exploring areas roundabout especially ( Culzean Castle) great day out for kids. The owners couldn't have been any nicer with us and helpful as we had arranged for a travel cot to be there when we arrived, but on arrival it was to small for our 18 month grandson so after contacting the owner he promptly scouted about and out put us in touch with someone local that had a travel cot, which was ideal and we left there for other's to use in the future. The owner was very easy to contact with via phone call or text. Which is a bonus.

Great place just to switch off and rest

Very nice owner, really caring, nice still improving the house. Location 2 minutes of walk to the sea with beautiful views, 15 minutes of drive to horse riding, 20 minutes of walk to the boat going to Ailsa Craig. Not to far away to shops, little garden... We were there with our children, dog and baby ferret. Great value for the money. Beautiful sunrise and sunset at the beach.
