Oda was an exceptional host. She explained everything to us. It was very clean and everything ready for us. A special bonus for us was a festival in the streets while we were there. The metro was within walking distance as were several shops and places to eat

The host was extremely helpful. We received a warm welcome from Odetta which was a good start for our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable for four of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of storage space in the house. The kids particularly liked the top floor with the window roof and the authentic interior of the house. The house exceeded our expectations and we would be happy to stay at Odetta's apartment again.

The city center is not within a walking distance. However, the transport is fast and comfortable and it doesn't take long to get to the main tourist sights.

Exceptional

Exactly what we needed for our accommodation while competing in the sports facilities nearby. Fantastically convenient, spacious, well equipped, clean. The host is superb and comes with great recommendations - some we took her up on, especially restaurants. We thank her for our stay and will be back for next year's tournament.

Would definitely recommend!

The host, Odetta, was a lovely host, very friendly, clearly explained everything to us on arrival. The house was very spacious for us as a family of 5. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the accommodation . The location was also roughly 10 minutes away from the centre (locations such as Grand Palace in Belgium)

Parking was difficult, however Odetta did advise we can rent a garage but we did not. I would advise hiring a garage for the duration of your stay.

Amazing stay

The host is amazing! She is friendly, helpful, and really attentive. Location - not central but in front of 82 traum line stop, easy connection to Brussel Station Mid and city centre. Area is SAFE and QUITE

Odetta was so friendly and welcoming. She gave us tips of what we could do in the area and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was lovely and comfy and perfect for my friend and me.

The appartament is located very close to a tram station (3 minutes walk). The host is a kind person and acts into making a successful trip for the guests. Enough space for a 5 member family. Great quality/ price ratio. Perfect place to stay for City breaks!

The location and premises were great. The host was nice and explained everything we needed to know.

Only minor details, the stairs lighting would only allow for a short time before it turned itself off, and there was no on switch from the upstairs room. Also that same room had a sliding door that did not shut properly.

Great property! Well located close to public transport to go to the Expo or other sights in Brussels. The appartement was very clean and the owner was very helpful and nice. I would definitely book this again for my next visit to Brussels!

Great spacious apartment

Odetta was a great host, she sent all the details in advance and was good with communication throughout. The apartment is very spacious and clean with lot of facilities. Odetta left some lovely chocolates. The bedrooms are of good size and I loved the open kitchen and living space. There are some good supermarkets nearby, so shopping for food is very convenient. The location itself is few stops away from the centre but was easy to commute via tram. Overall, a good place to stay.

One of the male caretakers who lives downstairs came to do an apartment check without any notice and as one of my female friends who was alone in the apartment got really freaked out. He came in and started turning lights off and checking each rooms etc... This made my friend really uncomfortable. I understand that such checks are necessary to make sure that no one leaves their lights off when they are away for the day etc...but I think Odetta should have some clear information about who comes to the apartment and at what time for checks so that residents don't get unexpected surprise.

Evin tramvaya olan uzaklığı 5 dk. Marketler çok yakın fırın tam köşede 1 dk uzaklıkta. Ev ve çevresi sessizdi. Girdiğimizde ev temizdi. Süpürge olmamasına rağmen 3.gün getirdi.

Evi 1 aylık kiraladım.. ev sahibi girerken saat kısıtlaması yapıyor. Çıkarken anahtarı bırak kutuya diyor. Giriştede kutu olmalı 30 euro için bu oyuna değmez.. banyoda sorun varmış geldiğimiz ilk gün 10 gün kullanmayın dedi ben evi aylar önce aldım tadilatta gerekli özen gösterilmemiş. Ara sıra eve tadilat ustaları girdi. temiz eve ayakkabılarıyla girdiler hanımefendi ev benim karışamazsınız dedi..Evde yeterince aydınlatma yok fotoğraflarda var yan ledleri açıyoruz şu sürekli tadilata geldiği günlerde odaların ışıkları ne yakıyorsunuz elektrik pahalı diye insan azarlıyor! Karanlık odalarda kızlarım korkuyor diye sürekli açıklama yapmak zorunda bıraktı! Eve izinsiz girmiş not bırakmış balkondaki sandalyeyi içeri sokun diye.. eve izinsiz girmek ne demek? Balkonda oturacak bir takım yoktu.talep ettik de getirdi 2 sandalye sadece.. Banyonun aynası pismiş sileceksiniz yoksa depozitomuzu vermem diye tehdit etti.. evde asla kırılan zarar verdiğimiz bir eşya olmadı fakat çıkarken benden profesyonel temizlik yapmamı bekledi ev düzenli bıraktık fakat detaylı temizlik yapmayacağız dediğimiz için yine depozitoyla tehdit etti! Ayrıca ilk gün 1 saat evden gitmedi rehberlik talep etmedik fakat hiç susmadı yol yorgunuyduk empati sıfır!

Na descrição do apartamento deveria ser dito que são 3 andares. Só soube após o aluguel quando entrei em contato com a proprietária.

UNA ESTANCIA MARAVILLOSA CON UNA CASERA MARAVILLOSA

Las características de la casa, con un salón grande y dos dormitorios amplios. Me gustó mucho la disposición de Odetta, los consejos que nos dió sobre sitios a visitar y modos de transporte, muy maja y encantadora. Está como a media hora del centro con una tienda de delicatessen al lado para poder apañar alguna comida en casa. La zon es muy residencial y tranquila, y eso también nos gustó mucho. También su flexibilidad pues nos permitió dejar el equipaje hasta la tarde, pues el avión salía a las 20:00. El dormitorio de arriba, con una cama de matriminio pero con otro colchón en el suelo.

No me gustó el tener que pagar un dinero extra por llegar por la tarde-noche, es verdad que estaba puesto en el anuncio del apartamento, pero es la primera vez que me pasa y, tal vez demasiadas escaleras.

El piso de las escaleras

El apartamento está bien, está limpio y es bastante amplio. El problema es que tiene escaleras por todos lados. En la habitación de arriba del todo una escalera de caracol muy peligrosa. Es muy incómodo. La ubicación bastante mal, estaba lejos del centro y en un barrio peligroso de bruselas. Se pueden ver noticias de ello en internet. La casera muy simpática y nos explicó todo, pero también hay que decir que nos cobró 40 euros por llegar a las 20.30 de la tarde. Su explicación fue que ella tiene otro trabajo fuera de bruselas y que a partir de las 14 cobra a la gente que llega por la tarde, ni que fuera algo que eligiéramos nosotros. Hay que destacar también que nos consiguió un parking en tiempo record por 10 euros la noche. Es de agradecer.
