Great location. Free parking. Lovely room and not at all expensive. Nice hosts, highly recommended .

Like many properties in this part of the world, the stairs are very steep and a bit awkward. It didn’t bother me at all, but some guests may have issues.

Good & functional for brief overnight stay, but hazardous stairs & outdated furniture

Great location, at the edge of the Geraardsbergen market place and within walking/biking distance fro the notorious Wall of Geraardsbergen (Tour of Flanders classic). Main entry via door code (no key); however, room door demands a key (to a padlock). Clean, spacious room, but with outdated furniture and appliances. Fresh, new towels (2 per person). Double curtains provide proper darkness & privacy. Good for a quick overnight stay, less suited for people with suitcases and longer stay. Check-out at 11 a.m. Bathroom with toilet was functional, on site heated water; shower gel & shampoo on site.

No water faucet in the room, only in the common bathrooms. Outdated appliances and furniture ( whilst it is so easy to get better furniture on second hand websites). Absolutely inaccessible for less mobile persons - several (!) tight and hazardously small stairs. No room for bikes; difficult access with suitcases. Obvious oversights: water cooker, instant coffee/teabags and cups all made available, but only one (1) spoon (when it is used for stirring coffee or tea, it is unusable for the instant coffee!). At least 3 spoons should be made available for a 2 person booking (one per person and one - dry - spoon/measuring cup for the instant coffee...). Several inexpensive improvements are overlooked, whilst making the rooms, accommocation and appliances more pleasing.

Le bruit, impossible de laisser une fenetre ouverte tellement la rue est bruyante. Qualite mediocre du couchage ( tres mauvais matelas)

Confortable et chaleureux, mais pas pratique

La chambre est confortable et propre.

Les instructions d’accès n’étaient pas claires : étant arrivée tard, j’ai dû réveiller les propriétaires pour accéder à ma chambre, ce qui aurait put être évité si les instructions m’avaient été communiquées en amont. La salle de bain n’est pas privative. Le lieu est difficile à trouver.
