Cozy nature retreat with warm hospitality and beautiful garden views

We had a very pleasant stay at this small and cozy guesthouse, beautifully located right in the middle of nature. The views over the garden were lovely, and even though it was February, the place felt warm, calm, and really refreshing. You can easily imagine how wonderful it must be in spring, autumn, or even during a snowy winter. The host gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel comfortable right away. The guesthouse has everything you need for a weekend or a longer stay — clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. We also noticed a few nice restaurants nearby, which we’ll definitely try next time we’re in the area. A great place to relax and disconnect — we would happily come back.

Cycling in Flandres

Nice big house with garden near Oudenaarde, I was there for cycling with friends in Flandres, enjoyed a lot all the region, the house has two bathrooms (one shower), two rooms, parking area, beautiful garden in a quiet street

Narrow stair to the first floor can be a problem for old people, but not for us

Gudrun is a very friendly host and provided a warm welcome and allowed access to her beautiful garden, which is not part

Stylish setting with nice living room/kitchen area downstairs, incl. the view to the garden, and very comfy bedrooms upstairs. All in very good/almost new condition, esp. bathrooms and kitchen.

Unfortunately no dishwasher in the kitchen and limited access to garden of the owner.

De woning is gezellig en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Handig dat je buiten kunt zitten. Mooi zicht op de tuin.

Er is geen vaatwasser, maar het was gezellig om samen af te wassen ;-)

Une belle parenthèse à l’Annex

Maison cosy et agréable. Des fleurs fraîches nous attendaient sur la table du salon : une délicate attention qui fait très plaisir (même si mon mari a sans doute préféré les bonnes bières fraîches dans le frigo !). Les espaces sont beaux, fonctionnels, bien équipés et impeccablement propres. Quelques jeux sont mis à disposition pour les enfants, ce qui est très appréciable. Les lits sont très confortables. L’hôte est extrêmement sympathique et bienveillante. Nous avons eu grand plaisir à faire sa connaissance, ainsi que celle de son fils. Nous recommandons l’Annex à 100 % et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Heel gezellig mooi huisje in prachtige streek. Hadden het geluk om nog even buiten te zitten. De mevrouw van het huisje was super vriendelijk en ook leuk kennis te maken met de leuke zoon Vicktor. Alles was naar wens.

Gezellig en functioneel huisje met alles erop en eraan. Lekker comfortabel bed, ruime douche en gezellige zitruimte: een echte aanrader! Gudrun is een fantastische gastvrouw!

Heerlijk huisje in prachtige omgeving

Knus huisje in een prachtig landschap! Vanuit het huisje mooie tochten kunnen maken en binnen 20 min fietsen in het centrum van Oudenaarde. Huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien en heel rustig gelegen! Ook zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse!

Heerlijk om een week of weekend te verblijven, Gudrun legt je in de watten

Locatie en ruimte. Perfecte gastvrouw . Alles was aanwezig overal aan gedacht. Handdoeken bedlinnen noem maar op alles was er. Prima bed in de grote kamer. Heerlijke tuin.

Eettafel in de kamer aan vervanging toe, we hebben op den duur de tuintafel binnengehaald met de stoelen dat zat comfortabeler. Bed in de kleine kamer ook aan vervanging toe. Gootsteen keuken lekt maar dat is oi wel op te lossen

Estancia ideal en Flandes

Sin duda, de los mejores bookings que hemos hecho nunca. La casita es preciosa, y el silencio para descansar es absoluto. Es un muy buen punto para conocer Flandes si viajas en coche. Gudrun es maravillosa y atenta y nos ayudó en todo. Sin duda nos volveremos a ver.
