Authentiek vakantiehuisje

De gezellige sfeer van het huisje. Alles wat netjes verzorgd, tot een bloemetje op tafel en in de badkamer.

Het was erg warm, waardoor het op het zoldertje ondanks de mobiele ventilator/airco heel warm bleef. Het huisje is oud, waardoor je de mensen buiten bijna woordelijk kunt horen. Met name als de tapasbarbar open is het dat veel gekost geluid.

This little house is a gem! I was born and raised in this area, and still I did not know much about this small part of town that is the oldest part of Terneuzen. It was very special to stay there! The house is adorable and comfortable. It's full of thoughtful touches that helped us feel at home. The decoration is an elegant and perfect mix of modern and antique, and it has everything you need: a comfortable and elegant bathroom; a small kitchen area; and a nice table area. There is a loft with two separate beds, as well as a sleeper couch (so there is a choice, even if you only travel with one or two people. The host is very responsive and thoughtful, and I highly recommend her place!

We were there during a summer weekend and the house is directly next to restaurants and a tapas bar. We woke up around 1:00am, as people were leaving the area. The host provides earplugs for this situation, and they helped, but due to our jet lag, we still woke up from the sounds.
