    the cleanliness is questionable and the ac in our room is kind of broken but the staff at the first floor is very very rude so we end up just trying to fall asleep with the noisy AC. from the first time we arrive the staff didnt even stand up to greet us, dont explain anything about the hotel dont even look at us when we ask if we can put our luggage before check in, she literally just point at the luggage area. i dont expect 5 star service from this hotel but i did expect a decent hospitality like basic greeting and explanation. i really wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and i been to so many budget hotel but never have i ever encounter service this bad.

    All the things in the room are quite old and some look like going to spoilt. The room and outside the room not that clean also. However, the staff are quite friendly.
