The staff is great and the location is excellent. However, the room needs a bit more cleaning, especially the bathrooms.

The room was relatively clean though I did still wipe everything down as there was a lot of dust. Bedding was two large mattresses on top of each other. Pillow was a little too soft and pillowcase needs replacing though I used a towel as a pillowcase. A part from that there was free wifi, free refill of water, heaps of cable channels and air cond. Overall it is comfy and the receptionist was welcoming, I enjoyed my stay here.

The room is clean and spacious even though the furniture is quite old. For the shower please install bidet in all room. Need a bit long time to wait the hot water flow from the shower

1. good location near many major business and transportation like banks, Costco, MRT, and night market
2. many ubike pick up/drop off locations near by
3. many rooms come with hardwood floor
4. Staffs are friendly and helpful, even the owner would provide a gift of Chinese Calligraphy brush if you happen to like calligraphy too.
5. Overall it's good experience staying for long period like one to two weeks.
6. The only draw back is cigarette smoke could be smell in the hallway. of one of the floors.
