The free yoga and 10 minutes massage were awesome
There were small inconveniencies everywhere, and this ruined the experience. E.g. there was no pool towel, the breakfast meat was not warm enough, one water bottle did not open. Small things add up.

Stuff, area, food (duck was perfect), massage (Julia and other girls), view (rice terraces), green Ubud.
