Duże mieszkanie, z czwórką dzieci każdy znalazł miejsce dla siebie. Świetny balkon, można oglądać przejeżdżające auta i autobusy. Sala zabaw, basen kryty. Zewnętrzny basen był jeszcze zamknięty, ale też wyglądał dobrze. Plac zabaw na piasku. Dojście na plażę asfaltem + chodnikiem. Ścieżka rowerowa velobaltica zaraz obok. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone: blender, odkurzacz, mop, nocnik, suszarka, zmywarka, gofrownica, toster, nowiutki piekarnik...
Jeśli miałabym się przyczepić, to brakowało mi w kuchni mikrofali ;) brak minusów!
