In a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden. Terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Parking at the house. Shop 50 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 2 km, sandy beach, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Tennis 2 km, riding stable 2 km. There is a stand for 4 bikes by the house.
