Na początek opóźnione zameldowanie na co przystałem wykazując zrozumienie. Kiedy pojawilem sie w apartamencie o umowionej godzinie ten nadal nie był posprzątany. Po interwencji poinformowano mnie, że pomylono apartamenty i posprzątano nie ten ktory trzeba... Serwis sprzątajacy miał pojawić się w celu przygotowania pokoju (była niedziela ok godz.17). Uwierzyłem i to był błąd. Po kolejnym powrocie do apartamentu, była już noc okazalo się że apartament nadal nie jest posprzątany (pościel nie była zmieniona, pełno włosów i piasku). Co więcej firma opiekująca się apartamentem nie odpowiada na wiadomosci dotyczące zaistnislej sytuacji. Nawet interwencja ze strony Bookinga nie pomogła (obiecali ze się odezwą...)

Apartament znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji. Dobre wyposażenie i fajna restauracja obok.
Niestety w apartamencie było brudno, wiec najpierw musieliśmy posprzątać, a dopiero później mogliśmy cieszyć się pobytem. Myślę, że za takie pieniądze powinno być porządnie posprzątane. Pierwszy raz się z czymś takim spotkaliśmy.

VORSICHT,VERMIETER BUCHT MEHR AB ALS MIT BOOKING. COM VEREINBART!!!!!! Kreditkarte wurde um fast 40 EUR höher belastet, als der angegebene Preis.
Das böse Erwachen zu Hause, der Vermieter hat einen höheren Betrag abgebucht als den Preis von Booking. com. Begründet das mit Kursschwankungen und meint dass es seine Richtigkeit hätte. Wir haben uns an Booking com gewandt und eine Rückerstattung angefordert. Wir sind gespannt wie es ausgeht. Nachtrag nach 2 Wochen: Renters.PL will auf keinen Fall einer Rückerstattung zustimmen und sieht sich im Recht. Wir haben von Booking.com den Mehrbetrag erstattet bekommen. Fazit, auf keinen Fall bei Renters. PL buchen und auf keinen Fall eine Kreditkarte zur Absicherung hinterlegen. Man hat keinen Einfluss über die Summe die abgebucht wird...NIE WIEDER RENTERS. PL
