Pretty much everything, especially central pedestrian location for strolling to shops and restaurants, market day Tues and Fri mornings. Kitchen had everything! Separate living room and bedroom at the other end of the apt was ideal for sound privacy. 🍃🌸🍃 most noteworthy are the owners who reside on other floors; this famous landscape architect has a curated garden aesthetic on the bedroom balcony and view of her garden porch below. Elevator was necessary and used with no problem.

I have stayed here 2 or 3 times before and will always return when working in Hasselt. Tony and Dina are excellent hosts and the apartment is lovely.

Attractive, comfortable and convenient apartment in central Hasselt, with a friendly host.

Hidden gem in the centre of Hasselt - very nicely furnished, comfortable and spacious apartment. When my train was late the host very kindly picked me up from the station!

NB there is no breakfast provided, so allow a bit of time for shopping - I couldn't find fresh milk anywhere nearby on the evening I arrived.

A slice of country side in the middle of a town center.

Great living space. Sofa is super comfy and can definitely sleep a person easily. Kitchen is well equipped with great utensils, crockery, dishwasher & detergents. Large bedroom. Bed is big and comfy. Air con in bedroom. Location is very central to restaurants and bars. Short walk to supermarkets.

Fridge is in the bedroom. There are insects due to the plants so make sure to wear repellent if you’re sensitive to bites at night as we both got bitten. Self cleaning apartments - we stayed for 3 nights and no one came to upkeep the apartment.

Oh so beautifully decorated!

A very cosy and oh so beautifully decorated apartment in a car-free street in the center of Hasselt. When shops close, all is quiet, so the best of both worlds. Parking Molenpoort is only 200 m away and there is an elevator, so easy to reach.

Location, size of the accommodation. Comfortable, cosy. Nice living room, good bedroom.

The heating could have been better. The flat did not heat up very fast. The first evening was very cold. The blankets on the bed where very thin. On the second day, it was warmer.

Een echte aanrader in Hasselt !

Het Demerhuisje is een echte aanrader! De locatie was ideaal, vlak in de winkelstraat en toch alle rust. Er is een ondergrondse parking vlakbij. Het appartement was heel proper en hygiënisch. Daarnaast was het heel gezellig met authentieke elementen. Tony heeft ons goed ontvangen en legde alles goed uit.
