About this apartment rental

Located in a beautiful green rural exclusive residential area, close to the AUTOCIRCUIT VAN ZOLDER and with VERY SMOOTH CONNECTION ON AUTOSTRADE E313 ANTWERPEN-AKEN.
Suite HORATIO is a beautiful suite studio with separate entrance, double queen size bed, dining and work area, dressing room, marble bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and double sink. Guests also have a washer and dryer, laundry and ironing service (on payment). An extra single bed is possible.
Very suitable for business travelers as well as for holiday stays in the beautiful green Limburg. Hasselt and Genk are a short distance away, but also Maastricht, Aachen, Antwerp, Brussels are easily accessible via the motorway.
Possible on site (subject to payment and upon request): car hire, airport shuttle, office services, secretariat, sauna and / or spa.
Swimming pool, golf course and bicycle rental is available in the nearby area.
In SUITE HORATIO up to 3 guests can stay, 2 in the double bed and 1 (on request) in an extra bed.

The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors to the landlady's private area in the apartment, which are also used by the landlady when entering the bedroom and bathroom. A restful night's sleep was not possible on all three nights due to annoying and persistent noises from the landlady and her dogs well after midnight. Criticism is rejected by the landlady in a very manipulative manner (e.g. about the non-existent kitchen: "you don't need to cook here, there are very good restaurants in the area" or about the non-installed TV: “people don't watch TV nowadays without it”).
