A pleasure to stay here

Period apartment that has been modernised very well. Quiet, large and warm room with comfortable bed and great shower Fabien went out of his way to be helpful, moving our apartment to one with enclosed parking because of the snow. Breakfast brought to our room with lovely bread, croissants and home made jams. Five minutes walk from the centre, and easy to find as you drive into town.

Absolutely fabulous!

We stayed at the duplex apartment three times over the past two months, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The apartment is comfortable, impeccably clean, and very quiet, with lovely views of the garden. The whole place feels welcoming and thoughtfully arranged. We also appreciated the breakfast kindly served by Fabien. He has been exceptional in his communication and hospitality, which made each stay enjoyable. We highly recommend Fab House to anyone visiting Senlis.

Fabian, the host, goes out of his way for his guests! He has spoiled us for the rest of our trip accommodations and set

Kitchen was well equipped! The breakfast was nicely done, settings and fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee and baguette, croissants with butter and choice of jams! Our host, Fabian was extremely helpful and sweet and he was there quickly when we needed him during our stay! Bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bed was bigger than a queen closer to king, the yard was delightful to sit and have a cup of coffee or wine in the evening.

He has several rooms and we got the smallest but price was comparable. The shower stall is small and not a lot of space for our items. Next time we would upgrade because everything else was exquisite! Having said that, we'd stay there again even if we had to get the small room. Parking was a challenge. We ended up finding free parking 1000 steps away according to my watch. However, it was a beautiful walk though. We were there 3 days and at 73 yrs, it wasn't a bad walk!

Beautiful property in a lovely town

Delightful secluded and private property off a tiny backroad. Easy parking within 5 minutes walk. However, very close to the centre of town; less than 10 minutes walk. Fabian very welcoming. Suite of rooms were spotless. Very comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. We wished we could haver stayed longer. Will definitely try and visit again.

The best hotel of our vacation.

The breakfast was simple with enough quantities of everything. Fresh croissants and bread, marmalades, milk, yogurt, butter, Nespresso coffee, delicious orange juice. The owner brought to our daughter’s room so we could eat all together.

Beautifully appointed rooms with attention to detail of renovation within keeping with the age of the building. Lovely garden to enjoy breakfast in the morning. Good location.

Hesitated with parking at the post office but it was no issue once we found a park and made the short walk.

wonderful, hope to return

Fabien is a wonderful host and I hope to return on future trips. Room is wonderfully decorated and I was made feel very welcome. I thought Fab stood for Fabulous, now I know it refers to Fabien. I must say that really Fabulous does apply here :)

There was no milk for the coffee before breakfast was served and no knife at breakfast to cut bread/ spread jam. other than that absolutely wonderful. and the town offers great food.

Lovely, quirky place to stay in historical Senlis.

Perfect location for a night's rest on our Christmas trek up from Toulouse to Amsterdam. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, bathroom and kitchen downstairs. We slept really well and came down to find a great breakfast the next morning. Couldn't have been better. Thank you Fabien.

Very high quality fittings and fixtures everywhere, superb location, beautiful setting. Gorgeous bedroom and high quality bathroom close by the well equipped and lovely kitchen. Would recommend to anyone.

Only downside is parking has to be at the Post Office round the corner but no great issue.

A quiet oasis in a historic town.

This is a lovely and relaxing location. Our room was quiet and restful, and the communal kitchen was a bonus. Also, I believe we were upgraded, although I wasn't told so. I reserved the smallest room, and the room we were given was very spacious. This was the perfect destination to get a good night's rest, then make an early departure for Charles de Gaulle airport. Also, the town of Senlis is very beautiful.

Everything about this place is special. The location, the building, the room (mine was on the first floor), the French breakfast... once you're there, you're moved to a different era. Truly recommended it!

Idyllic accommodation close to the centre of Senlis in a walled garden setting. Lovely design features and high quality surfaces and furniture/bed/linen/bathroom. Simple but very fresh french breakfast. Share kitchen, spotlessly clean and with high quality appliances. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed the quietness of the room, but the closeness to the center of the city. Overall, it is a bit of a quieter city, but very fun to stroll around. Senlis was our last stop on our trip to France and was close to the airport (less than 30 minutes away). The room was absolutely incredible and quite large. It was one of our favorites on the trip. The bathroom was also very sizable and clean. The breakfast was also quite delicious!

We were a little confused about the parking situation (maybe a bit of a language barrier), but our host explained it to us and cleared up any confusion right away.

We read the negative reviews and they are all about the parking, so we parked elsewhere to avoid problems. The parkinglot meter wasn't working so we were lucky.

We loved the house's beautiful style and tidiness. It is very well located, close to Senlis' historical centre. Although we had to leave very early in the morning, at 5:30 am, a breakfast was prepared the night before.
