Comfort and tranquillity.

Location is always the best ,close to transport and to the city , I think this is 7th time I stayed on these apartments and its always clean and tidy and now easy to get the card keys if you arrive after the reception closes. They are always innovating and make the experience amazing.

Great stay!

I booked the place for my mother (an elderly woman). I particularly asked her for some feedback - he was extremely happy with the accommodation provided - everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Located in a quiet area. The communication with the hosts prior to arrival was excellent - they provided detailed instructions and even waited for my mother to arrive shortly after working hours in order the check her in, which was a very kind gesture.

Super nice area, modern and clean rooms

I really liked everything about this place. It’s very modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The room was equipped with a small kitchen that had all the necessary supplies. The staff was very friendly and even let me check in a bit early since the room was already ready. I especially loved the area. I've stayed in other districts in Hamburg, but this one is by far my favorite. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with charming houses, lots of greenery, and the lake is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There are also plenty of nice cafés and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend…we’ll stay here again if we visit Hamburg.

We booked a family room and it was very clean and big enough for a family of four(2 adults + 2 kids). Sofa bed was also bigger than expected. Just 5 mins walk from U3 line station, easy access to the central Hamburg. Staff were all friendly during our stay:)

Nothing to complain about. It’d be even better if a family room has a washing machine/dryer, but the room had all equipment as described.

Staff was great. My first room had spotty internet and they were very good about moving me to another room where internet was good. (This is an old building with thick walls so internet is not but good news is you don't hear neighbors.)

Well Presented & Equiped Studio in Good Location

I couldn't really fault it. The location is a good 30 minutes walk from the Centre, but public transport is close by.

A lovely neighbourhood and comfortable accomodation.

The apartment was well appointed and offered us everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was in a lovely, quiet location and an easy, short walk through tree lined avenues to the lake.

Overall we had a really nice stay.

I liked the way the studio was furnished, loved the bathroom and kitchen design! Location is great, at the very end of a quiet leafy street. Would definitely return.

It would be nice to have some milk in the fridge at arrival since you offer tea and coffee...

As advertised, large studio room with well equipped kitchen and large shower room. Shower was amazing, large and powerful. Reception staff spoke good english and very helpful. Email communications prior to stay excellent.

There wasn't an oven in the kitchen. No other negatives apart from that .

Excellent and Relaxing!

The room is of good size and laid out well. The kitchenette is well equipped. The bathroom has all amenities needed. My room had a great view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Superb neighborhood and close to Grocery Stores and Shopping.

My room was on the top floor and it will be warmer than lower floors, especially on warmer days or during the summer. The room provides a fan, but no Air Condition. If you tend to be a person on the "warmer" side, I would recommend staying on a lower floor during the summer time.

Pleasant

Very spacious little apartment. Loved the free water and tea. There was a hairdryer and shampoo and shower gel.

Not a fan of the fact that the light in the bathroom cannot be switched off manually. This way, it stays on for much longer than needed which is particularly annoying in the evening. It's impossible to keep the sink counter dry. If a bit of water splashes onto it it doesn't dry easily.

Great location, easy to get to from HAM airport, a 5 minute walk from HVV transit, grocery and drug stores, gym, restaurants and retail shoppes very close ! I found our superior room to be clean upon arrival and was very, very quiet entire stay ! Reception staff Kai and Sonia were very friendly and helpful with any questions/requests I had ! Very happy with my stay @ Apartment040 and would definitely stay again !

A few more cooking / kitchen items would have been great ! Like a teapot, definitely a non-stick fry pan or 2 and few more cooking utensils so wouldn't have to keep on washing cooking utensils while cooking up breakfasts.
