El diseño del apartamento es muy original, se nota el buen gusto del anfitrión.
La limpieza cumplió con mis expectativas.
Se puede aparcar facilmente en fin de semana.
Me dio la sensación de que el barrio no era demasiado seguro.
Quedaba un poco lejos del centro histórico.

La cocina, muy bien equipada.
Al no funcionar la bomba de calor, la propietaria acercó radiadores a las 12 de la noche.
La decoración sencilla pero bonita.
1. No funcionaba la bomba de calor con una temperatura máxima de 13°.
2. Se fue la luz. La casa no tiene suficiente potencia.
3. El inodoro principal inutilizable porque la cisterna no funcionaba y la propietaria lo sabía.
4. Había mal olor, de alcantarilla, en el apartamento del fondo.
5. Los 3 lavabos son de tamaño extremadamente pequeño.
6. 3 dormitorios no tienen ventanas, por lo tanto sin ventilación.
7. Las puertas no están restauradas y algunas no cierran bien.
8. La casa no está bien aislada térmicamente.
9. En los colchones individuales se notaban los muelles.
10.La vivienda no está acondicionada para acoger a 9 personas
