Location, cleanliness, facilities.
Check in service.
We notified the team we would be on a late flight into Reus, arriving in Tarragona after 11pm. We knew we would be using the self service check in.
It wasn’t clear about pressing the eye symbol to reveal the access code and the printer wasn’t working.
We therefore had to contact the team and someone had to come in person to let us in.
Standing outside with my family and in particular with my 86 year old father, it wasn’t an ideal check in process.

Really nice place close to the train station, close to the historic centre and port area, everything you need is in walk distance
We liked our apartment a lot, also it is super quiet in the night so we had amazing rest during the night which was important for us

The location is nice if you intend to use the train. Otherwise it is a bit of sketchy area, with sketchy people lingering on the square in front of the house. It is quite far from the centre and old town, but is still walkable. The room was fine in terms of size. Towels and shower gel were provided.
The room smelled of chemicals and the smell stayed for the whole two nights. There is a fair bit of noise from trains, but as we are accustomed to living next to a railway, it was not a dealbreaker. Breakfast is really small. No bacon and eggs, only cold dishes and toast. Not the type of breakfast you would expect for the price of accommodation. Had to wait almost 15 minutes to get checked in, because the receptionist rudely took a phone call in the middle of us checking in.
