Surperb villa with spa facilities, very close to the town centre and Chamonix

Amazing cabins but service not at a level one would expect

Location and cottages was amazing, weather cleared up and we could see directly to Mont Blanc

Service and food is absolutely not the standard we expected, if they want to be represented as a five star establlishment. Dinner for my special day, was very disappointing

Amazing stay!

The chalet was amazing. It was clean, spacious and even had private sauna. Great view from the chalet as well. The spa was great too! Feels super relaxed after TMB

One of the few places we'd go back to

The view from the balcony was fantastic, to be greeted by Mont Blanc every morning was a perfect start to the day. We had five days of real peace and quiet.

The kitchen could've been cleaner (it had obviously been cleaned but not deeply).

No ground phone for communication with reception staff !! Only one taxi company ( each transport from hotel to center 50 € ) No house keeper services otherwise you have to pay 300 eur for each visit !!

Restaurant lovely, as was spa. Location good and the concept of one stop shop was great - the blend of hotel and chalet.

Chalet not as clean as it could have been Beds not that comfortable Lots of the staff in the spa had heavy colds, and massaged with them blowing their noses every 5 minutes. I came back with coronavirus!

Breakfast was supposed to be provided, as clearly stated in the confirmation email, but it was NOT. Hence they should reimburse me!

No mini bar, no room service, no water in the room, no breakfast, etc… not really 5 star. The price was 5 star though.

Séjour idyllique à la montagne

Absolument tout, emplacement parfait aux Houches, à l’écart au calme, mais accessibilité au centre et à Chamonix très facile, vue magnifique, le chalet était d’un vrai confort, grandes chambres et excellente literie, charme réconfortant du poêle à bois, beau wellness, très belles balades dans les environs, télé cabine du Prarion à 20’ à pieds. Parking couvert. C’était parfait!
