If you want peace of mind, stay away from this house
After spending our 7 day Christmas holiday with our family, including children and elderly and spending 4 days with ice cold water (boiler broke down one day before Christmas eve), we rightfully and respectfully we asked for a compensation. The host who welcomed us very sympathetic, turned into a completely different person, very rude and aggressive, even shouting at us in front of our children and creating excuses unjustly blaming us for things that is even not true to avoid compensating the days we spent very uncomfortably, which also resulted us not profiting from the facilities fully, such as the swimming pool and the sauna. So a vacation that started like a dream ended as a nightmare. We are so shaken with this experience that we are thinking of never even going back to the town. We spent a fortune during Christmas week and ended up not having warm water for 4 days. We couldn’t take shower, use the pool, sauna, and other facilities, we even hardly could wash our hands as the water was ice cold. Problems during a stay can happen. But the owner’s attitude is completely unacceptable. When we asked for a compensation asking a refund for 2 days worth of money out of the 7 days we stayed he screamed at us in front of our kids, and finally threw half a day worth of money to the table screaming “take the money and get out of my house” which we did not take. Our children were traumatized by this experience turning our Christmas mood to a nightmare We tried filing a complaint to Booking.com, we had numerous calls with their hotline and nothing happened. We heard that against our claims, the owner was blaming us for burning too much wood at the stove and destroying his stove due to overuse. We used the stove as the heating didn’t work and temperatures were below zero. And we only used the stove during the day, so not sure how a stove can be destroyed being utilized 4 days during day time.

Kurzaufenthalt mit Familie im Juli 2025
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Chalet. Die Gastgeber waren ausserordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und herzlich. Das Chalet selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet: unglaublich gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (besonders die Küchenausstattung, einfach top!) Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche- ein Luxus! Ein absolutes Highlight war der Pool; angenehm temperiert, mega sauber und am Abend schön beleuchtet. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und haben deshalb viel Zeit im Pool verbracht. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Im Wohnzimmer/Essbereich gibt es eine Spielecke. Kindersitz und Kinderbesteck ist auch vorhanden. Eine Kindersicherung am Eingang des Pools wird jeweils extra montiert. Für den Hund bekommt man auf Anfrage eine Decke und Essnapf. Die Lage ist fantastisch- sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen und mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich eine gute Pizzeria. Im Chalet gibt es einige Ordner mit vielen weiteren Ideen und Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten. Da das Chalet direkt vor und nach uns nicht belegt war, durften wir früher ein- und später auschecken, das haben wir besonders geschätzt. Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt- wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Очень гостеприимные хозяева! Отлично подготовленный к проживанию дом. Потрясающие вид из окна гостиной. Наличие всего необходимого для комфортного пребывания семьи с детьми. Удобное расположение коттеджа, легко добираться на машине, парковка на несколько машин. Рядом, в пешей доступности супермаркет и замечательная пиццерия. Очень хорошие впечатления от пребывания!
