Nice apartment

Good location, various shops and cafes nearby. Quiet, peaceful. Working air conditioning, TV, cleanliness, towels, comfortable bed

Nice location and basic room!

Easy walk from both the bus station and the beach and the old town, and the staff is very friendly! I noticed I was out of soap and once I messaged the property manager he immediately came and filled it up 😊

The sheet on my bed didn’t seem clean I found some dirt on it, and the little window in the bathroom doesn’t have blinds that close all the way and you can see the neighbor’s balcony from it so that was a little awkward

The host was very nice and giving all the details we needed. We had a car problem that has broken 75 km before Budva and the host helped us with all the necessary. It ment a lot. The accomodation was nice and we had all the necessary amenities. We highly recommend staying apartments Familia.

its located very near to everything. beach, old town. we walked to everywhere. walk distance 10-15 minutes. clean room with private tualet and bath, kitchen. host was so kind.

The host was extremly nice, even helped at midnight😄 The room is clean with all necessary kitchen stuff. Very light room and lovely balcony. A lot of restaraunts with local food nearby. You can reach the beach in just 7-10 minutes.

Very nice apartment in a good location, close to the beach, shops, bakery. Well-equipped apartment, you can cook your own meals. Very good contact with the owners, helpful, nice. It was a great time in Budva. A good base is the nearby towns, for example Becici, Sventi Stefan

Location was great : 8-10 min walk to beach, 4 min walk to main bus station with lots of restaurants and market nearby. The kitchen area of the room was small but functional. Quite neighborhood was the bonus for a good night sleep.

Shower panel was not enough to prevent water flood which runs everywhere in the bathroom.

Budva jest idealnym miejscem do pobytu w Montenegro pod względem lokalizacji i atrakcji.

Przytulny pokój z łazienką i dostępem do tarasu idealnym na śniadanie czy kawę. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko morze i starówka. Przyjaźni gospodarze, pomocni i nie narzucający się.

Przydałaby się większa przestrzeń przy aneksie kuchennym.

Superbe

L'accueil de l'hôte qui à tout fait pour que le séjour se passe bien. Je suis déja venu, il y à 6 ans, le studio a été rénové avec maintenant une plaque à induction. Le logement est trés propre, bien situé, prés de tout, commerces , restaurants, gare routière pour se rendre à l'aéroport de Tivat. Les plages de Budva sont relativement proches, compter 8 à 10 minutes à pied et c'est tout plat.

6泊して色々と不便を感じた。洗濯物を仮りた桶で手洗いをしたが、干す場所もなく困まった。また、アメニティーが手洗いソープだけでないに等しい。シャワールームの水捌けがわるい。また、キッチン用品がふそくしていた。６泊のうちタオル類の交換は此方からお願いして１度だけだった。部屋の掃除道具もなく１度も掃除しなかった。できれば、オーナーから交換と掃除の声かけがあればとおもった。

Отличные владельцы, комфортные апартаменты на третьем этаже, всё чисто и красиво

Бойлер нагревал очень мало горячей воды, даже на 1 человека не хватало помыться. Очень мало парковочных мест, нам не хватило искали бесплатные места на улице.
