Tenuta Orsanese

The environment is incredible, and the peaceful setting is fantastic. The pool area is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The dinner setup is lovely; however, the food itself is a little disappointing for an Italian kitchen.

We stayed in room number 3. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit seemed too small for the size of the room. Even after having it on for several hours, the upper floor did not cool down. As a result, we had to bring the mattresses downstairs so that our children could sleep on the floor next to our bed. The soundproofing was also quite poor. Until around 3 a.m., we could hear crates of glass bottles being moved and noises from the neighbouring room, including the toilet flushing and the shower running. It felt as though the neighbours were in the same room with us. There were also no pool towels available, and we were asked to use the white bath towels instead. I requested additional pillows twice, but unfortunately they never arrived. The surroundings and overall environment are very beautiful and peaceful, but the room itself was not comfortable for our family. Breakfast was quite basic, and surprisingly there was no toaster. On a positive note, the lady serving breakfast was very kind and genuinely tried her best to make us happy.

Meravigliosa struttura, con parco e piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Camere ben arredate e pulizia accurata. Ristorante eccellente , speriamo di tornarci al più presto

Le stanze non sono pulitissime..
