Nassim unser Gastgeber ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit, hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles im Zimmer gezeigt und war auch jederzeit über WhatsApp für uns erreichbar. Er hat außerdem super Tipps für Ausflüge rund um Playa del Carmen. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt vor dem Pool, gute und saubere Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns im Casa Saab sehr wohl gefühlt.
Unsere Toilette hatte ab und zu für ein paar Überschwemmungen oder Spülprobleme gesorgt, aber unser Gastgeber war jederzeit für uns zur Stelle und hat sich umgehend darum gekümmert.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns vom ADO Busbhf sogar abgeholt hat...und uns auch zu einer Wäscherei gefahren hat. Er hat uns auch geholfen bei der Citchen Itza Tour...sehr zu empfehlen...
Alles war super. Der Kühlschrank war laut, aber so sind sie halt...
