Short stay in Geneva

Big room, king size bed, big shower. Good restaurant.

We had booked a junior suite and this room had a window that only opened to a corridor so we asked to move and got a standard room which was fine but we didn’t get compensated for the price difference., The breakfast lady was rude and extremely loud. The restaurant is pretty expensive. The location is between the autobahns ..

A gem of a place in Geneva.

Last night of our holiday and we returned to Geneva and Chez Mamam Hotel. Given the same room as previous and allowed to leave our luggage as our room wasn’t ready which was a nice touch. Came back to book in and again everything was lovely. Ended the night with a glass of fine in the hotel. Breakfast lovely in the morning and Julia was great again. We hope to return in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Geneva. Thanks again.

Very nice!

Super nice spot just outside the center. Little green oasis in a bit of an industrial area. Parking for our high car in front of the door. The room was spacious and equipped. Our dog could stay over no problem. Dinner in the garden (weekdays only) was super! Compared to NL not the cheapest for I think reasonable for Swiss. The food was superb, wine also! The staff is very lovely. Breakfast was also nice. We had a really good stay in Geneva

Perfect stay at Geneva

Amazing place, immaculate, clean. Comfy beds, room very spacious. Transport is close, so no problems traveling to city centre. Staff very welcoming, helpful and polite. Definitely returning to this place next time in Geneva.

We like everything! (Not a problem for us) This is a restaurant - hotel with live music at night. Our room was isolated enough for having a perfect sleep. And we even liked the fact there is music at the restaurant. Consider / send a message to the staff if you have difficulty at sleeping, and if there is a room far from the restaurant.

Comfortable, great value for money

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely added bonus were Chez Maman socks. We had a beautiful balcony. Breakfast was abundant, very fresh and local. It included gluten free options.

All Ok besides the lack of windows in our room.

I liked the staff, the breakfast, the bed and the bathroom.

The room didn't have a window to the exterior. The side of the room with the entrance was made entirely of glass and faced a corridor where people walked past. At least there were good curtains facing the corridor. I wish the room had been connected to the outside directly, like in a motel.

Restaurant and bar were not open when we were there, plus a little bit noise with being next to road

Sleep deprived

The room was nice and clean

We couldn’t sleep - live music playing right beneath us until 12.30 the first night and despite mentioning it in the morning , repeated the second night till 12.

Location good but ask for upstairs room.

Location to train station about 10 minutes and walking distance to city, about 20 minutes.

Not sure if it was the last room, however the air conditioning was awful. Made noise and had trouble sleeping. Also there was a bad scent in the room. Room was stuffy when we turned the air con off. Bit of noise from the restaurant.

Very good

Room is very big with big bathroom and comfortable shower. You have coffee machine and kettle inside. You can check in and check out online and I received free transport card for time of my stay.

Location is not great as it is on the busy street and entrance to hotel is weird as you need to go via restaurant. Once you enter your room, then it is great except loud music in the restaurant till late evening which was annoying. Reception is closed between 12-13 as they are on break.

Rooms in the ground floor do not have any outside windows. It feeks like a box completely exposed into a corridor. Facilities are ok, but design could be improved. Staff was friendly; however, because the property also serves as a restaurant, staff is more concentrated in serving the restaurant more than the hotel.

I had travelled geneva for twice, and had stay for more than a month in total, as far as I can conclude for all my stayed hotels, this one is excellent. The stuffs are very kind, each request could be met with higher service quality, the breakfast is good and the dinner is excellent. you shouldn't miss this hotel.

Breakfast was relaxing and most enjoyable, a very nice selection and lovely staff. Coffee was superb and quirky restaurant was adorable with beautiful internal and external decorations.

The information regarding check-in arrived after we had departed Scotland, so we were unaware of the process and it was anuncomfortable arrival.

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, especially the bathroom is spacious with a good rainshower

Location is right next to a busy road. At night it can be quite loud in the restaurant with the noise also going up to the rooms. Staff seemed in a rush when checking in and only received the free public transport ticket upon explicit request the next day.
