About this villa rental
This gorgeous, popular villa just keeps getting better and better! Whether you are coming to Kiawah to enjoy the beach, golf, tennis, or just relaxing this property is the perfect spot! This beautiful, centrally located villa in popular Turtle Point community of Kiawah Island has been recently updated with wonderful, modern features and new furnishings. Located on the first floor for ease of access, the villa overlooks the 17th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course, is located within walking distance to Kiawah’s Five Star Sanctuary luxury resort and spa, the island's pristine beaches (about 5 min walk), Roy Barth Tennis Center, Turtle Point Golf Course and Tomasso Italian restaurant.
Calming, coastal hues and expansive windows make this charming villa feel open and airy with lots of light. Enjoy stunning golf/lagoon views from the living areas of the property. The sliding glass doors lead you out onto the back deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the golfers tee-off.
The open floor plan connects the living room with the dining room which seats 4, the kitchen which also has seating for 3 at the breakfast bar, and the spacious sunroom. Grab a good book and unwind in the sunroom which offers plenty of seating, as well as a twin-sized daybed. French doors and a large closet allow for privacy, making this the third bedroom.
The freshly redone kitchen comes fully stocked for all your meal prep needs including all new appliances!
There is a full sized washer and dryer provided as well so all your vacation needs are taken care of.
The large master bedroom holds a king-size bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and bathroom. The fully remodeled bathroom has a tub/shower combo with glass door and tile surround, tile flooring, granite counters, recessed lighting, and bead board. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and large vanity area with granite counters and recessed lighting.
No pets and no smoking. Villa buildings do not allow grills.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest you will receive:
Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

It was wonderful overall. Very clean. I do think calling it a three bedroom is a bit misleading. The 3rd room used for sleeping is the sunroom.

We have visited Kiawah Island for many years and this villa is one of our favorite rentals. It is just a short walk to the beach and it has a view of the golf course and a lagoon across the way. The pantry with pull out shelves came in handy and it was nice having upscale appliances to use in the kitchen. We plan to return and would certainly recommend this unit to others.

We could not have chosen a better location to stay for our anniversary celebration. The size of villa was more than adequate. We loved seeing wild deer from the back of our deck and around the facility at dusk. We loved being right on the golf course and having our bikes delivered right to our front doorstep. We had every convenience at this villa. My only complaint was that we did have about 10 palmetto bugs throughout the week, gigantic spiders with spider webs formed from ceiling fan in living room and mainly spiders in den area (spiders didn't bother us as much as palmetto bugs).
