Our family had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated & furnished condo. The beach is super easy to get to from the property. I would recommend renting bikes to take advantage of the island.

This light-filled villa is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach— perfect if you have small children with little legs like we do. The property is next door (literally) to The Sanctuary, making it a short walk to grab ice cream on a hot day or walk over for a date night at one of their fabulous restaurants.
Our only (minor) inconvenience is that the washer/dryer is a small stackable unit that can only fit small loads. If you have a family, be prepared that you’ll need to do laundry more frequently than normal.

We love Kiawah! The condo was clean and well furnished. The location was fantastic - a short walk to the beach with a 2 year old! It is next to the Sanctuary which is great for a short walk for ice cream and fine dining however you could hear traffic and air conditioning noise from the property. We’ve stayed many places on the island - this location was great but we like to sit outside at night and the noise was a little load compared to the typical peaceful nature sounds.
