the staff was extremely kind and attentive. Lovely people all throughout the hotel!
The hotel was not polished to the extend we expected, fitness facilities were broken, the food buffet was not as full as presented, prices not cheap (most expensive old fashioned ever seen). Overall the price of the hotel did not reflect the standard - except for the staff, which was excellent
