Amazing staff, stunning facilities

We liked our 7 days at the Sun Siyam a lot. The Hotel is very well pictured online, the beach is one of the best we have seen on our trip (also compared to the beaches in the neighborhood, they are taking very good care of it!). The food was delicious, especially the lunch menu (which was not buffet). The buffet for breakfast & dinner is of course to a certain degree repeating, but they are very eager to serve different kinds of dishes. The staff in general is amazingly friendly & helpful!
We also enjoyed a few massages, which were all very nicely done.
The bathroom is indeed outside, what makes it sweaty and hot to go to the toilet. We were ok with this, but as it says bathroom en-suite on the website, this description could be updated.
Not much, we would definitely recommend & go there again!
The only things we would like to mention is that the „kids club“ needs a little bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness and also variety of toys; its not much that is needed, but a bit paper for the pens or no broken toys would be very nice. Also, the freezers for the ice cream etc could be renewed, as they don‘t look very healthy an more.

Very stylish
Can’t swim in the ocean as the water is too shallow because of the reefs and coral

Super nice staff, rooms were nice (except for the outdoor bathroom it was boiling hot during the day). The beach area at night was beautiful.
Pool water was disgustingly hot. The sea was rocky and very shallow. Poor breakfast. Way overpriced. Why people rate this place high is beyond me.
