The Place is decent compare to other cheap hotels in hong kong. Don't expect too much of luxury in a cheap hotels like this but it is very good spot especially for those who are into food trips and shopping. the place is just a minute walk going to the subway and 5 minute walk going to temple street.

The location was amazing, very close to the Victoria Harbor, three stations from the Hong Kong Island. Around you can find many shops, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, restaurants and also laundry
The ventilation was not working very well in the room, I can hear the cars from outside. It was not disturbing, but it feels like the old Hong Kong way of leaving.
