The place is hard to find and neighborhood looks a bit dirty for the first time, but once you understand it, its a practical location, with many stores, supermarkets, and 5 min walking to the metro station and bus stops (including to go to Macau). The room is super small, no proper space for a big luggage (23kg), it stays in the middle of the space left beside the bed. There is no wardrobe or shelves for clothes. There is no window in the room, just in the bathroom. Towels were like travel towels, super thin and not useful. Shower is hot and strong enough, bathroom has space enough. AC works, but it is hard to change functions. There is no reception or common areas, no water available, it is a place to sleep and shower only. It gets really noisy in the morning with constructions and cars around.

The biggest problem with this place was the MOLD!! As soon as I walked in, I noticed a strange smell. At first, I thought it smelled like sweat, but after looking more closely at the walls, corners, and bathroom, I realized there was visible black mold in several areas.
The bathroom smelled especially bad, and parts of the room also had visible mold. The smell was very strong and unpleasant. During my stay, I started coughing and felt that breathing was a little more difficult because of the air and the mold smell. This was my biggest concern because it felt like a health issue, not just a cleanliness issue.
One positive thing is that the sheets were clean and made of cotton, which I appreciated.
Another major problem was the elevator. This was a roughly 14- or 15-story residential building, but there was only one very small elevator that could fit about four or five people. There were often lines just to go upstairs. When leaving the room, I sometimes waited around 10 minutes for the elevator, only for it to arrive completely full, meaning I had to wait again. This was extremely inconvenient.
On my first night, I contacted Agoda and reported that the accommodation had visible mold and that I was concerned about the conditions. Unfortunately, Agoda told me they could not do anything and that I needed to contact the property owner directly. That was very disappointing, especially because my complaint involved what I considered a health concern.
Overall, I would never stay here again. The location may be convenient, but for me, the mold, strong smell, poor air quality, and elevator situation completely outweighed that benefit.

Place is fine but 3 lifts out of 4 in that building are out of order!

On the check in day, Hotel said they upgraded my room but the room they gave me was dark and the drainage is nosy. That is in an old building. It disturbed sleeping
