Tranquil inn with beautiful views and friendly staff

Great spot surrounded by nature. The rooms are simple but clean. Ours had a balcony with an amazing sunrise. We had to leave earlier than breakfast began so we can’t rate the breakfast but we paid for two coffees for the road.

We loved it because we knew what to expect. For other guests I would like to mention that this is a guesthouse in the style of a Bulgarian “hizha” (mountain inn) so the bathroom has just a shower handle and a drain in the floor (no shower curtain) so everything gets wet. For us this was not an issue because we lived in Bulgaria for years and have stayed in many such places but for some Western tourists it would perhaps be strange/inconvenient.

Nice neighborhood, nice staff, food on site for good price.

Stinky room (we opened the window but it did not get better), soaked, bumpy parquet, moldy bathroom,peeling plaster, not very modern room style, no hot water in the early evening.

The staff were very kind and responding. Place is magical and very good value for a very good price. Definitely would come again 🙂

The room was ok for this category of accommodation. The food in restaurant was good. The yard is big enough. Parking lot is big.

I chosen this location because I have seen is Pet friendly. When I came there the host told us the guest house is not pet friendly, only the bungalows are, but the bungalows have another booking page. Both booking pages show they are Pet friendly, in reality is only one. The lady told me I have to pay 20 bgn tax for dog. On the next day, at check out, she charged me 30 bgn, saying the dog is big, but she saw already the dog one day before when she told me I have to pay a tax. (In other places across Bulgaria they requested only 10 bgn for dog). This habit of ripping off tourists for sure is not in their advantage on long term. It's a shame.

Very good

Everything was great. Nice location, quiet in the montain. Comfortable and clean. Beautiful view from the balony. The owner was ready to cook for us even it was winter and we were alone in the hotel.

There was not really breakfast, except cofee. Maybe a misundurstood.
