La cura degli ambienti interni ed esterni, la piscina, il frutteto e la massima disponibilità di Francesca, host della struttura . Massima disponibilità anche con chi soggiorna con cane.

La piscine est magnifique.
Le propriétaire ainsi que tous les gens qui travaillent à l’agritourisme sont adorables et feront tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien.
Les arbres fruitiers avec cueillette à volonté.
Le calme et la vue depuis le petit jardin avec le hamac.
L’emplacement : à 10 minutes de Gubbio où il y a de nombreux restaurants et à 5 minutes d’un supermarché avec traiteur.
Tout le nécessaire quand on arrive : huile d’olives, condiments, café, confiture, lait …
La machine à laver avec lessive.
Le petit déjeuner est composé d’une viennoiserie par personne et de yaourts, si vous aimez le salé le matin, il faudra vous en charger. Ce n’est pas grave en soi, il faut juste le savoir.
La salle de bain est un peu petite pour 3 mais on s’y fait.

Una bellissima struttura immersa nelle colline Umbre, direi il posto ideale per staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana e prendersi un momento di relax. Abbiamo apprezzato molto sicuramente la piscina! L'appartamento è ben fornito, gli spazi comuni sono giusti, peccato ci fosse un solo bagno. Letti veramente molto comodi! E bellissimo anche lo spazio esterno con le sdraio ed il tavolino sull'erba, sono davvero un plus! Ci siamo rilassati veramente tanto, bellissima esperienza!
Non c'è l'aria condizionata, non che sia un difetto, però per mantenere gli ambienti freschi è necessario tenere tutto chiuso e non sempre è possibile. La sera comunque si dorme da dio con le finestre aperte. Migliorerei anche un po' la colazione che sarebbe stata molto apprezzata!

I liked the garden with all this beautiful fruit trees, fantastic building restored with finesse and such a nice private terrace with even a hammach, wonderful New swimming pool! Last but not least: the people: Fransesca’s whole family were so discrete and friendly in the same time. Franseca herself was at your service whenever needed. Gave us good advice about the surroundings and the what to do’s and see. It was all very relaxed and I rather keep it a secret 😉
