Breakfast was great.
It was super noisy on a Saturday night un til late.

Bathroom clean and good shower pressure, beds comfortable and clean.
AC was faulty and wasn’t cooling, just blowing hot air. The AC was on we we arrived, basically just warming up the room, and we didn’t have a remote to turn it off. We had to sleep with windows open and fan on, so sleep was poor due to all the traffic noise below coming through the window.

I went to have breakfast in the restaurant BUT no one came to take my order. I waited to be picked up and had all my meals out.
My room was not serviced given that I only slept there and returned late at night.
I was extremely upset as no one came to replace towels in the bathroom!
The room was warm and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Wi-fi and TV did not work after a staff member came to help. The biggest issue was using the key to open my room. Each night it took me a few minutes to use my room key. Very frustrating.
