Victoria House Scopello

Nous avons passé un délicieux séjour. Tout est parfait, beaucoup d'attention de la part des propriétaires. Petite maison bleue et blanche au milieu des oliviers dans un charmant hameau.

Very well isolated appartment with airconditioning. Friendly neighbours and good location.

Information not correct: partment square meters (40m2) is not correct, the apartment has about 27m2 and a balcony which you share with your neighbours. Your part of the balcony is about 6-7m2. We had some issues at the apartment, for example the water pressure dropped multiple times so somebody had to fix it. Also an ant problem which was fixed and a leakage, so we had to wake up several times in the morning to let people in to fix the issue. Not a problem, but we were told that we would be called to hear at what time. However we did not get called beforehand so got woken by the guys who needed to repair it. Besides the leakage, ants and dropping pressure, the cooking range hood did not work. Conclusion: for the amount we paid, it was not acceptable.

I liked everything! The apartment was exactly as in the images, but with a few exceptional things that I have highly appreciated: 1) The apartment was VERY clean and scented; this is because the owners take great care of the apartment with continuous improvements. 2) I have found a welcome present: fresh figs in the fridge with a nice post-it on them saying "welcome Claudia"; 3) The apartment is in a very quite place and close to Guida Loca (one of the most famous beach). Supermarket, greengrocer, pharmacy and bar are at 1 km distance. Scopello is also very close (only 2 km); 4) The wi-fi is working very well; 4) Daniele and Sandrine are the owners of the apartment. They made me feel like at home. Daniele told me that their hosts are part of the family. Leaving the apartment was hard, not only for the beauty of the place, but above all for the affection received from Daniele, Sandrine and their family.
