Welcome to Lulu's Home, a charming apartment located in a peaceful and quiet setting within a residential complex—perfect for a special and unforgettable vacation filled with total relaxation, just a few minutes’ drive from Scopello.
This modern and functional home is equipped with all electrical and electronic devices that comply with safety standards, such as a carbon monoxide detector, a gas leak alarm, a first-aid kit, and a fire extinguisher inside the property.
The living room also features a powerful, modern air conditioner capable of cooling theentire home on the hottest days
The home features spacious outdoor areas for exclusive use, including a large garden with a private shower equipped with hot water; the private parking space is located in front of the property within the residence.
The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable to live in; it also features a spacious and comfortable covered veranda, as well as an outdoor area furnished with seating areas and a fantastic umbrella (4x4 meters) surrounded by the property’s exclusive greenery, perfect for total relaxation.
The apartment consists of a fairly spacious and comfortable kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need, such as a 32-inch Smart TV " and dedicated Wi-Fi, where there’s also room for a very comfortable sofa that can be converted into a cozy double bed if needed.
From the living room, through a small hallway, you’ll find the two tastefully furnished bedrooms, with attention to detail such as USB ports for charging cell phones.
The first bedroom is a fairly spacious and comfortable double bedroom, while across from it is the other bedroom, furnished with a very comfortable 1½-person bed and its own closet.
Each room has windows with mosquito screens.
The functional bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people; in addition to the 2 bedrooms, 2 more sleeping spots are available by unfolding the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment;
or to organize any events or parties;
Furthermore, all guests will be registered as required by Italian law.
Please note that the Municipality of Castellammare del Golfo, in accordance with local regulations, requires a tourist tax of 1.50€ per person per night (including children aged 12 and older).
