"Casa graziosa, pulitissima e ottimamente attrezzata, ben arredata e curata nei particolari . Due grandi verande, una nord e una a sud permettono la scelta di poter sfuggire al caldo o, nelle stagioni tiepide, goderne gli effetti. La veranda principale, davanti all''ingresso, provvista anche di un confortevole ed elegante salotto, permette il suo utilizzo per l''intero arco della giornata. Anche se il mare non è visibile, dista comunque soli 700 mt.,il contesto naturale del giardino e della campagna intorno è decisamente gradevole e rilassante. Complimente a Marina, la proprietaria, per la sua disponibilità e onestà e per il gusto raffinato nel presentare la sua casa."
