The Location: It is situated very close to the main attractions, making sightseeing incredibly convenient.
The Staff & Service: The staff was gentle, polite, and very responsive. When we noticed the floor was dirty, we told them, and they came to clean the room that exact same day.
The Room: Aside from the floor, the room was very well-equipped with everything we needed.
Communication: Accessing the property on your own can be a bit complicated, but the staff provided very clear and easy-to-follow instructions beforehand which made it smooth.
Cleanliness upon arrival: When we first arrived, the floor in the room was dirty. If you walked barefoot, your feet would be dirty (though, as mentioned, the staff fixed this quickly when asked).
Room Odor: There was a noticeable smell in the room, like humidity or a musty air conditioning smell.
The Street: While the general location is great for attractions, the specific street the hotel is located on was unfortunately had a lot of pee on it.

Easy and clear self check in, good location, quiet area, friendly stuff. Helped with the phone charger. There’s an ac! Good thing also they have a free luggage storage.
The floor was dirty. I took of my shoes once I enter the room and after 30 minutes I noticed my socks where so dirty 😬 I checked the floor was full of short hair and dust.. the ac was working which is good but very noisy..
